Setup Days
Starting the last weekend in October and then every Saturday 9am to 5pm through the first Saturday in December, volunteers will be at Kish Park.
Select Fridays (9am to 3pm) and possibly other days will also be setup days for those that are able to help during the week.

Groups
Do you have a youth group, a club, organization or just a group of friends? Groups can be a big help to getting the event ready to go for our December kickoff.
If you plan to bring a sizable group, please reach out and let us know so we can make sure to have extra food on hand for those days. Lunch is served at noon in the heated Scooter Car Building.
During the event
Starting the first Saturday in December, through the first Friday in January, Shining Light will be lite up most evenings starting at 5pm.
We have many roles for volunteers to help with including Greeters, Food Stand workers, Golf Cart Drivers, Train Room workers and more.

Tear down
Cleanup is just as important as setup. Starting the first Saturday of January, we work to take down lights in an organized manner and move it to our storage location.
Reminder to dress in layers with warm boots!
